What you will need

All sessions are conducted online, requiring only an internet connection, headphones, and a comfortable place to lie down. With these, you're all set to begin.

If that's the case, we'll find out very quickly. usually within the initial consultation

2. How do I know if it's working


Although feelings can be subjective, we can often tell when we're in a better place. For instance, we might compare two weeks and notice that one was better than the other. This week might have been better than last week for various reasons, such as achieving a goal, spending time with loved ones, or simply feeling more energized.

 Sometimes but not often people can struggle to see a difference, why?

​​

A. Everyone's journey is unique. For some, the path to a difference can be longer and more challenging, especially if they are starting from a very dark place. However, it's important to remember that progress is not always linear, and every step forward, no matter how small, is still a step in right direction.

​

B. One thing I've noticed as a professional hypnotherapist is that some people get to a really good level and don’t realize the difference until they take a few sessions off and then feel the change.
