Hypnotherapy is very effective for weight control. There are many reasons why people put on weight and many reasons why people want to lose weight, or as I like to term it, become leaner and healthier. Therefore becoming leaner and healthier using hypnotherapy has to be tailored to the clients’ individual needs. Some clients just want to stop eating a certain food, others want to just eat less food in general and still feel full and satisfied. For some there may be an emotional connection, for others there may be an environmental connection. Often it is a mixture of some or all of these.
